Returns and refunds
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, please send a withdrawal notice to [email protected]. After confirmation from our support team, you will receive detailed return instructions.
The product must be new, unused, complete and, if possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Products made to order or clearly personalized (for example, car mats made for a specific vehicle model, custom colors or edging) are not returnable.

Products showing signs of use, dirt or damage that make them unsuitable for resale are not returnable.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. We may withhold the refund until the product is physically received.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us. Ship the product in secure packaging and keep your postal receipt or tracking number.
These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union.

Do you make EVA mats based on individual templates?

The standard production time is 1–3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.
What should I do if the car mats do not fit?
If the mats do not fit due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will manufacture a replacement free of charge.
If the customer provided incorrect information about the vehicle’s make, model, year of manufacture, or market when placing the order, the mats cannot be exchanged or returned. The mats are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer; therefore, the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated in Part 5 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” does not apply.

What is “Shore” in EVA?
The Shore indicator, Shore Hardness, is an international method for assessing the hardness of polymers, including ethylene-vinyl acetate, EVA, which is widely used in the production of car mats. The value is measured with a durometer using the Shore A scale, for soft and medium-hard materials, or Shore C/D scales, for harder materials.
What makes EVASOTA EVA mats different from others on the market?

What hardness rating, Shore, is best for EVA mats?

Will the mats be too hard at 60 Shore?
No, we specifically selected a material that is not only hard, but also flexible and elastic. The mats do not harden in frost and do not become “wooden.” They hold their shape perfectly while remaining comfortable for everyday use.
What is the difference between EVA from different manufacturers?
There are three main types of EVA by hardness:
- Chinese — 30 Shore.
- Turkish — 40 Shore.
