1. Placing an Order

• Select your car model and mat configuration (size, colour and edging).
• Check your cart and enter your contact and delivery details.

2. Payment

Upay · Przelewy24 · Visa / Mastercard / BLIK / Google Pay

• Online payment via Upay and Przelewy24: Visa / Mastercard, BLIK, instant bank transfers, Google Pay and other payment methods.
• Payment on delivery is available only in Poland. Orders delivered outside Poland must be paid online.
• Payments are processed on Upay's secure payment page; we do not store your card details.

3. Production

Laser Cutting · Quality Control

• Made specifically for your vehicle: precise cutting, hardware inspection and packaging.
• Production is normally included in the overall processing time of 7–14 business days.

4. Delivery

DPD Polska · Tracking

• Carrier: DPD Polska sp. z o.o. (DPD Group partners operate in other EU countries).
• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from order confirmation or payment.
• Delivery costs are calculated according to the current DPD Polska rates.
• Free delivery within Poland is available for orders of at least PLN 300 paid online.
• Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives a parcel tracking number by e-mail.

5. Receiving Your Order

Checking the Parcel

• Check that the packaging is intact in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage, prepare a damage report and contact us at [email protected].
• Orders outside Poland must be paid online. In Poland, payment on delivery is available.
