Product Warranty

EVASOTA GLOBAL Sp. z o.o. provides a 12-month warranty from the date the product is received.

1. Warranty Terms

• The warranty is valid in Poland and the countries of the European Union.
• It covers manufacturing defects, defects in materials or workmanship, as well as detached or loose clips and structural components.
• If a defect is confirmed, the Seller will provide a replacement product or a refund — at the Buyer’s choice.
• To make a warranty claim, the receipt or other proof of purchase must be retained.

2. Warranty Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or mechanical damage.
• It does not cover damage caused by liquids, chemicals, or incorrect installation.
• The warranty becomes void in the event of unauthorized repairs or intervention by third parties.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Warranty claims should be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
• Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the defect (if possible).
• Claims will be reviewed within 14 business days.

4. Important Notice

This warranty does not limit the Buyer’s rights under Polish law, including the provisions concerning rękojmia (the Seller’s two-year liability for product defects).
